These terms and conditions apply between you as the buyer (customer) and us as the seller (Posterland AB Org. No: 559274-1549).
Posterland only sells to individuals over 18 years of age and organizations / companies. We also reserve the right to deny or change your order. We reserve the right for any end-of-sale of goods. Any attempts at fraud will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
An order confirmation is sent via email when you have completed your order. There you will find information about the contents of the order. If something is wrong with the order, please contact our customer service immediately.
Order and Contracting Party
All regular orders are made through our website, www.posterland.shop. The person placing the order with their personal number is considered to be the contracting party. If an order is placed from an organization or company, we assume that the person placing the order is authorized by the organization and that this organization is the contracting party.
Price and Payment
At the time of ordering, the prices stated on the website apply. Price information is in Swedish kronor and includes VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping charges, which are stated separately.
Our prices are in Euro. VAT at 25% (Swedish VAT/Moms) is included on all goods, all prices on the website are shown including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without any warning for any incorrect prices. You always pay the price displayed when your order is executed, if you purchase a item at an incorrect price, you will be informed of this and you will get your money back
Payment is selected on the website from the payment options presented. If invoice payment or installment payment is chosen, we or our partners may make a credit check. You will be informed of this in such a case.
Offers and Campaigns
Posterland can change prices and campaigns on products on the website at any time without warning. This applies to both prices of products and shipping and payment methods. Most of these campaigns are time-limited and can be added or withdrawn at any time without warning.
Normally, goods are delivered within the number of working days specified on the website.
The expected delivery time of the item is specified on the product page, in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation. If a delivery takes more than 30 working days and no special agreement has been made, and if the late delivery is not your fault, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
For packages to be picked up at an agent, you should do so within the time specified in the notification. Normally, packages should be picked up personally with valid identification and order number. You will receive a notification indicating where and when to pick up the package. Notifications can be sent via e-mail, regular mail, or via mobile SMS or telephone call. In the case where you do not pick up the package, Posterland has the right to charge you a fee of EUR 18.
If you as a customer find that a shipment is visibly damaged during transportation, this should be reported immediately to the package agent. If upon unpacking you find that the contents are damaged, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]
As the sender, it will say Posterland.
Right of withdrawal
When buying goods on posterland.shop, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. You therefore have the right to withdraw your purchase provided that you inform Posterland of this within 14 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered item (the withdrawal period).
If an item has been sealed, you may not break the seal if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. This applies, for example, to frames in their packaging. The right to withdraw therefore expires when the protective packaging around a frame is opened.
If you wish to withdraw your purchase, before the withdrawal period expires, send a clear and unambiguous message to Posterland that you want to make a return and on which items. Send an email to [email protected] and include your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number, and the name of the item in the message. You can also use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has created (see www.konsumentverket.se).
In the event that you exercise the right of withdrawal, you pay for the return shipping and you are also responsible for the condition of the item after you have received it and during the return shipping. From the date Posterland receives your message that you wish to make a return, you have 30 days to send the item to us. The item should be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.
In the event of returns, Posterland will refund the amount you paid for the item, including shipping costs. If you return part of an order, the shipping cost will not be refunded. If you have handled the item to a greater extent than necessary to determine its function or features, and as a result caused any kind of damage, Posterland has the right to deduct an amount from the amount refunded, corresponding to the reduction in value of the returned items.
Posterland will pay back the amount as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the date we received the items if we also have received information that the right to cancel is invoked.
Warranty & Complaints
You have a 2-year warranty on goods purchased from Posterland. The warranty covers goods that are incorrect according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If you receive a damaged item, please contact Posterland as soon as possible after the error is discovered. The easiest way to do this is through our “Claim Form” or by emailing pictures of the/the damaged items and the damaged package to [email protected].
Posterland stands the return shipping for approved complaints.
When the item is returned and the claim is approved, Posterland will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Posterland reserves the right to deny a claim in the event that it is found that the item is not faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation. Posterland strictly follows the guidelines from the General Complaints Board in claims, see www.arn.se. More information can be found at www.konsumentverket.se

Posterland normally charges between 10-30€ when using our return service.
Disputes and applicable law
Solving disputes should primarily be resolved by mutual agreement after discussion with Posterland’s customer service. If the dispute cannot be resolved in mutual agreement with Posterland’s customer service, you as a customer have the right to file a complaint with the General Complaints Board (ARN) or similar dispute resolution body.
Any disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and be resolved in a Swedish court of general jurisdiction.
We reserve the right for errors in printing, errors in information, and errors in specifications for all items and services in our range. All image information on our pages should be seen as illustrations, and we also cannot guarantee that the image depicts the exact appearance and condition of the item.
