Rorschach Inkblot | Posters

In the early 20th century, Herman Rorschach developed a perceptual cognitive personality test called the Rorschach test or Inkblot test. The test consists of various images and the interpretation of these by the test subject is, according to Rorschach, supposed to provide a picture of the test subject’s personality. This test is not generally scientifically accepted today, but is still used by some. Regardless, these inkblots are beautiful abstract works of art that look good on a wall poster, in our opinion. If you want to interpret your own thoughts, you will have to search for the meaning yourself.

The Rorschach test, also known as the Inkblot test, is a psychological test developed by Herman Rorschach in the early 20th century. It involves presenting the test subject with a series of inkblots and asking them to describe what they see in the images.

According to Rorschach, the test subject’s interpretation of the inkblots can reveal insights into their personality. However, the Rorschach test is not widely accepted as a scientific tool for assessing personality, and it is not used in mainstream psychology. Despite this, some people continue to use the test, and the inkblots themselves are considered to be abstract works of art.
